



You can log repairs by dialling 0345 878 7076 (option 2) and this will connect you to the Avison Young Help Desk.
We would also recommend using the My Star Property app to log any issues and get live updates.
The app works in real-time, allowing you to log a new job and receive updates on anything already reported to the Help Desk.
Once you log a job via the app, you will have full visibility of the progress of works, when a contractor is due on site, view the diagnosis and when the job is completed.
You will also be able to provide feedback on the overall service.
The data collected from Avison Young allows us to understand the demand, identify re-occurring issues and provide communications or preventative actions to improve how we manage repairs. We’ll also monitor the performance of our contractors.
