Avison Young are our Repairs Help Desk provider at Star Pubs,
the Help Desk is your first point of contact for logging repairs and getting updates on existing jobs.

How do I contact Avison Young?

You can log repairs by dialling 0345 878 7076 (option 2) and this will connect you to the Avison Young Help Desk.
We would also recommend using the My Star Property app to log any issues and get live updates.

What does the "My Star Property" app do?


The app works in real-time, allowing you to log a new job and receive updates on anything already reported to the Help Desk.

Once you log a job via the app, you will have full visibility of the progress of works, when a contractor is due on site, view the diagnosis and when the job is completed.

You will also be able to provide feedback on the overall service.

The data collected from Avison Young allows us to understand the demand, identify re-occurring issues and provide communications or preventative actions to improve how we manage repairs. We’ll also monitor the performance of our contractors.

How do I download the "My Star Property" App?

  • You can either visit The Apple App Store or Google Play on your mobile phone or ipad and search for "My Star Property".
  • Click the "Download" button that will appear on the screen on your mobile.
  • The app will then be available for you on your phone whenever you need to access it.

*Please note that your phone will need to support either ios 8 or android 5.

What happens if I'm not happy with a repair or I need an update?

You should call the repairs helpdesk on 0345 878 7076 (Option 2) or log it in My Star Property App for an update or to raise an issue.
