How do I reset my password?

You can do this via My Account. Input your old password on the top line then enter your new password on the second two lines. Click 'SAVE' and your password will now be updated. Visit the Password Reset page here >



What access levels are there? How do I make changes?


We have two access levels:
Manager Access – allows you to place an order online, no access to financial documents.
Owner Access – allows you to do everything including making a payment and financial documents. If you need to make a change, please use the 'Need More Help?' section of the Help Centre or call us on 0345 8787 076 to speak to customer care.


Can another staff member to access my online account?

Yes, you can register as many people as you like for your account as long as they have a different email addresses. The person can register their details to have their own log in details here.

Tips for using Chrome Browser
To clear your browsing history using chrome on a laptop:
  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. Log out
  3. At the top right, click More (3 dots)
  4. Click History
  5. On the left, click Clear browsing data. A box will appear
  6. From the drop-down menu, select how much history you want to delete. To clear everything, select All time
  7. Tick the boxes for the data that you want Chrome to clear, including 'browsing history'
  8. Click Clear data
  9. Log back in

Tips for using Microsoft Edge
  1. On your computer, open Microsoft Edge.
  2. Log out
  3. In Microsoft Edge, select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy, search, and services
  4. Under 'Clear browsing data' select Choose what to clear
  5. Choose browsing history and cookies
  6. Select Delete/Clear Now
  7. Log back in

Tips for using Safari Browser
  1. Open Safari
  2. Log out
  3. Go to Settings > Safari
  4. Tap Clear History and Website Data.
