Where do I find my account number?

You can see your account number as soon as you log in on the homepage below your delivery information or under My Account. Visit the Account Details page here >


How do I reset my password?

You can do this via My Account. Input your old password on the top line then enter your new password on the second two lines. Click 'SAVE' and your password will now be updated. Visit the Password Reset page here >


Where are my Favourites/ Templates? 

Your templates are available on the top right of your homepage or if on a mobile, in the "My Account" dropdown menu. Find your order templates here > 


​​How do I view my financial information? 

Click on 'My Account' on the Homepage or on the top right of the page. You will see a list of options - click on 'My Documents'. This will give you a list of all documents, which you can filter for specific documents or by date. Or you can click “All Types”. Visit the My Documents page here > 



How do I save and print my invoices? 

Click on "My Account" from the homepage or top right of the page and select "My Documents". On the right of your document, click on the PDF symbol. This will display your document on a new page.

If you would like to save your document, click on the download button to save to your device or click the print icon to print.

How do I change the way I receive my documents?

Go to "My Account" dropdown menu and select "Preferences". You will see a tick box. If you would like to receive your documents electronically, this should be selected. If you would like to receive your documents by post, this should be unselected. Visit the preferences page here >

Can I make a payment online?

If you are an account owner, you can make payments online in the "My Account" Section.

In the "My Account" section, click on Account Summary. You will then see an option of your 'Trade Summary' and 'Rent Summary'. On your chose summary, click on “Make a payment” and enter the amount you want to pay, you will then be taken to a section to input your card details.
 


Can another staff member to access my online account?

Yes, you can register as many people as you like for your account as long as they have a different email addresses. The person can register their details to have their own log in details here.
