Who is eazle for?

eazle is designed exclusively for the on trade. If you own or manage a hotel, club, pub, bar or restaurant (anywhere with a bar!), eazle gives you access to a wide range of drinks brands, competitive pricing and a variety of exclusive benefits, all in one easy to use platform. eazle is a business platform and not available for consumers.

Is eazle free to use?

eazle is free to join for any on trade venue. Once you are set up, you simply pay for the products you order and any associated delivery charges. There are no sign up fees, no monthly costs and no surprises.

I want to trade with HEINEKEN and eazle how do I sign up?
  1. Click the Sign Up button on the registration page.
  2. You will be redirected to the Registration page.
  3. Click Get Started.
  4. Fill out your personal details, outlet details and additional information.
Once completed, you will receive an email confirming we have received your details, and the team will be in touch within 48 hours.
I already trade with HEINEKEN how do I register for eazle?
  1. Click the Register button on the eazle registration page.
  2. You will be redirected to the New to eazle registration page.
  3. Enter your customer number.
  4. Fill in the form with your details.
  5. Click Confirm and Continue.
If you have a 6 digit account number it should begin with 0000.
If you have a 7 digit account number it should begin with 000.
Once completed, you will receive an email confirming we have received your details, and the team will be in touch within 48 hours.
I have forgotten my password how do I reset it?
  1. Go to the forgot password page.
  2. Enter the email address you registered with, confirm you are not a robot, and click Send.
  3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
  4. Click the link and follow the steps to create a new password.

Your new password must contain:

  • At least one lower-case character
  • At least one upper-case character
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character
  • A minimum of 8 characters
Can multiple users access one account?

Yes. Multiple team members can be set up under the same account.

If another person needs access to place orders, they can register to receive their own login details. Alternatively, you can place orders online at any time that suits you, as long as your order is submitted by 16:00 on your order day.

Ordering on eazle
How do I place an order on eazle?

Log in to your eazle account, browse the product catalogue and add items to your basket. When you are ready, go to checkout and confirm your delivery details. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

If this is your first order, our Customer Care team will be happy to guide you through the process.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. Orders must reach a minimum product value of £600 plus VAT.

This applies to all orders, including standard and emergency orders. All packaged products and non HEINEKEN UK brands contribute towards this minimum.

If you are a Star Pubs customer, please contact Customer Care to confirm your specific minimum order value.

What products are available on eazle?

eazle offers a wide range of drinks for the on trade, including beer, cider, spirits, soft drinks and more. You will find leading brands such as Birra Moretti, Fosters, Cruzcampo, Inch's and Old Mout, plus many additional brands.

Delivery Information
How do delivery days and order cut off times work?

Your order cut off is at 16:00 two business days before your delivery day.

Examples
  • Wednesday delivery with a Monday cut off
  • Tuesday delivery with a Friday cut off
  • Monday delivery with a Thursday cut off

Cut offs are based on business days only. Deliveries take place on weekdays.

Can I amend an order after it has been placed?

Yes. Go to My Account and select Add to order. Your delivery date will remain the same, and you can add to your order until 15:30 on your standard order day.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

How do I track my order?

Before delivery, you will receive a link to your delivery note showing what is arriving. This can be used to check on your delivery.

When the driver arrives, sign on their handheld device to confirm the delivery. Any shortages or damages should be recorded at this point.

Within 24 hours, you will receive a link to the signed delivery note. This link remains live for 3 months and can be downloaded or printed for your records.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Please check products, quantities and best before dates before signing.

If there are shortages or damages, ensure this is recorded on the driver's device before they leave so you are not charged.

If you notice an issue after delivery, contact Customer Care within 24 hours. You are only invoiced for goods successfully delivered.

Payment and Billing
What payment terms does eazle offer?

Payment terms are agreed during account setup and depend on your trading history and account type. Contact Customer Care if you are unsure of your terms.

How do I view and download invoices?

Invoices are available in the My Account section. You can view and download them in PDF format at any time.

Benefits and Savings
What exclusive benefits are available through eazle?

eazle customers enjoy exclusive discounts from a range of trusted suppliers including Amazon Business and Biffa, helping you reduce operating costs. Additional benefits include access to marketing support, social media tools, glassware, point of sale materials and staff training resources.

How do I access my supplier discounts?

Once you are logged into your eazle account, navigate to the eazle Club section to see all available discounts and how to redeem them.

Technical Support
Which browsers does eazle support?

eazle works best on up to date versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Safari. We recommend keeping your browser updated for the best experience. If you encounter display or performance issues, try clearing your browser cache or switching browsers.

I am experiencing a technical issue, what should I do?

If you are having trouble using the eazle platform, first try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If the issue persists, please contact our customer care team with a description of the problem and, if possible, a screenshot. We will aim to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
