Long Terms

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at www.heineken.co.uk/legal-hub/heineken-brands-privacy policy). From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).

Promoter: Heineken UK Limited, 6 St Andrew Square, Edinburgh, EH2 2BD

1. The promotion is only open to licensed premises operating in the UK on-trade, excluding Northern Ireland. Limited to one entry per venue.
2. To enter operators will need to fill out the form via eazle® to enquire about installing Flavourwave technology in venue, to be entered into a draw to win £250 worth of Old Mout Cider stock. There will be a limit of one entry per venue.
3. No Purchase Necessary to enter.
4. Promotion opens at 00:01 on Monday 3rd August 2026. Closes 23:59 on Monday 31st August 2026 (“Promotion Term”).
5. All outlets that fill in the form will be automatically entered into the draw. The winners will be the first 2 entries drawn at random from all qualifying entries by an online generator at 12 noon on Monday 14th September 2026.
   The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners using methods such as AI and manual verification processes and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. There are 2 prizes to be won. Each prize consists of £250 worth of Old Mout stock.
   2x winners will receive £250 worth of Old Mout stock of their choosing. The winners will be selected at random from all complete enquiry forms. HEINEKEN UK will confirm if the winners are customers: if they are customers, the chosen stock will be added to their next eazle® order, if not, the stock will be sent direct from HEINEKEN UK to their venue. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse delivery if satisfactory age verification is not provided. 
7. Winners will be notified by phone by Monday 14th September.
   The winners will first be contacted by phone on Monday 14th September 2026 before 5:30pm, with a follow up email containing the full prize information. If the winner is not contactable on the first attempt, then a follow up email will be sent to inform them that they have won. A second attempt to call the winner will be made within 5 working days, and a third call will be made within 2 weeks of the prize draw, each call followed up by an email. If any of the original 2 winners selected are not contactable by phone or email after two weeks, and after three phone calls and three emails, another winner will be selected at random and this contact process will start again until both prizes have been accepted.
8. Winners will be announced on Monday 21st September 2026.
   By entering the promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their outlet, name and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter using the contact details at the end of these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen where the Promoter is required to demonstrate it has awarded any advertised prizes.
   Entries must be made via the dedicated competition landing page - https://www.eazle.co.uk/huk/en/FlavourwaveCompetition - which will be hosted by eazle®.
9. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid. No multiple entries from a single IP address will be valid.
   No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route. Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries is prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.
10. By submitting your entry you are agreeing and confirming that: • You shall be solely responsible for your entry and the consequences of posting or publishing it; • The entire copyright in the submission and all content included in it of any nature, including images, script etc is original and belongs to you; • Your entry does not disclose any personal or confidential information; • Your entry is not false, a misrepresentation, obscene, offensive, pornographic, defamatory, discriminatory or libellous; • You grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licenseable, transferrable, royalty free basis licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the entry. For clarity you retain all ownership rights in your entry; • You agree that any credits are at the Promoter’s sole discretion; and • You agree that a member of the Old Mout sales team can contact you directly to discuss install of Flavourwave in your venue.
11. There is no cash or other alternative to these prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.
12. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
14. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
15. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in connection with the prize are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or however in connection with any loss, damage or injury suffered as a direct result of the provision of the prize. Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of its negligence.
16. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
17. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
